" Every child is an artist. The problem is how to remain an artist once we grow up.” - Picasso

Art is Moving creates, initiates, and shares community art projects that encourage and empower people to make art part of their daily life. We do this because we know that art makes people better. And, better people make a better world.
WORDS OF APPRECIATION
It was a gret experience to juge the works of children's in your academy,I saw lots of potential in there works ,,Freedom of expression, spontaneity, imagination , Play , ,Experimentation  and desiranle components  of making  art works and freedom of expression. There works holds a balance  between a dream and  reality and expeessing an attempt. Each og there works were unique in expression in terms of there subjects and in techniques .Some of them have potential to be future artists.
I am an artist and being an artist in the age of competition I have completely forgotten the truth of being an artist, however there are times that we as artist deserve a knock on our heads by children who even without a continuous “practice” are filled with creativity and at times I get quite jealous about it. Children are like raw wine till they are trained formally to “Mature in their skill” i.e the studio artist and if they remember being a child that is where I see the true artist.
On a similar note the children of OM Shri academy from the ages of 3 and above have created these raw beautiful works of art that has taken me back to the rawness of what I have missed. The exhibit held in the teacher's house ( Mrs Yugashri) is much owed to her as the inspiration of this exhibition who has encouraged the students to let go and be free. The students have responded genuinely to her request and have given in vivid life to their works. There are so many works to count into this display/ exhibit that naming my favourite would be biased as they have all got their “blood” on the paper.
Art does help in the churning of the Oceania brain and this churning is rare as we grow up, art makes us enquirers of the world, it is a way to see the world as we see nature fit this not only makes us creative but gives us confidence the children who have worked ever so diligently have to power to be who they are in a magnanimous way. I would pray they don't loose their path.
